Finally finished my learning journal...never tot a not-more-than-3-page thing could take up so much time. Its amazin how i can sit and stare at the screen fer more than 1 hr and come up with oni one paragraph of crap...my brain tryin ways and means to phrase the sentences properly. Its like i got the main point in my brain alr but jus cant seem to be able to phrase the idea properly and make it sound correct. LTB is reallie a wayang module...it's jus how good ur skills in tweaking the dumb theories from the book to suit ur group's behaviour...damn sian la...my brain juices is dangerously depleted now...hiaz but i am happie now, at least this burden has been lifted from the back of my mind and i can concentrate on more LTB stuff and my upcomin MA test...this test cannot flop man...my morale hinges on it man!!! haha
Hmm, yesterdae had a mini class gatherin cos jz jus came back from brunei...act it is a long overdue gatherin but jus as well, can celebrate bain's and hy's bdae...went shoppin wif jh (supposed to buy CNY clothes but we met up late so i din managed to buy) and saw the guys (ed, wein and jz) at topshop and they were tryin to get bdae prez fer the gers...saw us and then jz tried to threaten me to tink of something to buy fer them...still as mean, cannot make it!!
Went to phin's steakhouse fer dinner, the organisin is shrewd lor, now smu students got discount then wan to go there...haha but not bad la, the food there is not bad. After that,we went to lips cafe on level 5...now i will always rem that its level 5...cos of wat happened in the lift...haha. Hmm, i like the ambience at lips and the cakes look so delicious and sinful...and it costs $5 per slice and the slice is so small...haha and the waffle is nice too...with VANILLA ice cream, it's heavenly...haha tink its a pretty nice hang out...if i get the sofa seats that is..haha

Went drivin this afternoon and jus as i tot my skills were improvin, i had to do stunts to stun my instructor...wonder wat was i tinkin abt jus now...hiaz!! Startin to get panicky fer next month's test alr and i mus knock down pole (pole 2) while goin forward to complete my parallel parkin, wat the heck!! That's 10 points, half way to failin alr...hiaz!! Next week mus reallie buck up, first time go circuit, confirm veri blur one...maybe more stunnin stunts? haha...
Haha, let me do a lil bit of recap fer yesterdae. Had my first tuition yesterdae at my first tutee's house. Even thou its along balestier road, but it seem like a maze to me...tucked somewhere behind boon tong kee and up a veri steep slope. Carpark on a slope, VERI SMART!! I confirm cannot park properly one lor...but who cares, i am gonna take bus there aniwae...haha ok, now a bit of my tutee, her name is Shan Shan, remind me of my cedar fren, li shan...haha She is the quiet and guai kind, got good skin (flawless lor, like baby skin like that...haha), and i tink she is the smart kind too, jus that she dunno the basic concepts. Cannot blame her oso, cos her sch like never teach alot of basic maths concept leh. She told me she dunno gradient and that's a big prob cos her 2nd chapter is speed, velocity and acceleration and its diff fer her to understand the graphs when she dunno gradient. So i end up being maths tcher too, haha but i like it, like to teach maths. I feel veri good when i can teach short cut method, i am a veri short cut person, ok, or rather a lazy person :) Hope she understands what i told her in that short 2 hrs (i gave extension...hee) and that she can do well (as compared to her classmates of course!!) for her physics test on mon, if not i stress ar...haha
Been slackin like mad these 2 daes and have not been eatin lunch properly...wonder wat's wrong wif me, no appetite fer lunch at all...aniwae, gonna shower and then do a bit of work, cant keep slackin...btw, i am beginnin to like MA, much much more than FA...like wat xinyan says, i am obsessed alr...haha hope i can continue to be obsessed...heh tmr gonna meet her to do stats hw in sch...whole day pia in sch cos at 2pm i got LTB meetin...hmm, gonna prepare fer LTB tonite...now i go shower and then study MA...wheeeee!!!

Haha, went to the zoo todae and it was so exciting!! Its been so long since i have been to the zoo that i cant even rem when was the last time i been there, but most prob should be in primary sch la...whao, how time flies. Well, will post the pictures taken when i receive it from Luke. The pple who went includes krupa, yiling, ray, luke and myself...They have been a great company and we have been rather efficient todae as we managed to settle alot of admin stuff todae at the zoo, and not forgettin havin lotsa fun along the way. The way we tok cock while tryin to plan the route made the recce a veri good experience.
Even though the journey to the zoo was long (from bk timah to mandai is no joke okie), but managed to have a heart to heart tok with yl and later with luke, that ray is a PIG, he slept on the way to cck on 171 and then on 927 from the zoo to cck. Dunno whu say that 15 mins might as well not sleep, poor luke so bored sittin beside the window with his hands cuppin his chin...haha well, the gers, as usual, were chattin away...but we were tokin abt marriage!!! haha, not a topic i alway discuss thou...was askin abt love marriage and arranged marriage. Truth file of the day: Arranged marriage is still prevalent in Indian society at large, now!
But the bombshell of the dae is more shockin that that, krupa told me that a cedar classmate is gettin married!! Same age, same class and she is gettin married soon!! Haha, she is tokin abt marriage when i am tinkin of the tuition fees hike and MA!! How, i simply couldn't believe it, y rush into marriage when she is barely 20? Marriage is for life, at least it seems so to me and gettin married at 20 seem to hasty given our life experience and perspective. Given the life expectancy at this medically advanced era, they have to be with each other for at least the next 60 yrs...oh my goodness, and she is now oni 20 and she is steppin into a totally different chapter of her life. Besides being a daughter, sister, fren, cousin and wateva more u have, she is gonna have an additional responsibility of being a wife. Phew, that's a big word for me to digest!! As u can see, i am still reelin from shock...tink i will need a bit more time to recover ya...haha

Am in a bad shape, real bad. Down with fever after afterglow. Must be the lack of sleep the night before tryin to come up with my amateur piece of video. Cant believe a 2 mins plus plus of video could take me abt 4 hrs...of course mixed with Spider solitaire now and then...hees. Knew something wasn't quite right when my back was achin after the VMD meet-up session of the YV participants and thank you to gavin's father for droppin me at buona vista mrt station. Remember i was complainin of achin bones and everything, bro? Hiaz, its the ever so familar fever...sianz and while waitin fer my hair to dry, i watched "dungeons and dragons", wanted to sleep at 8 plus but the desire to know the endin was overwhelmin...haha, so only managed to sleep at 930.
Its so weird, even thou i was veri tired and i know that i should rest, thoughts jus keep poppin into my brain with the synapses workin OT, thoughts overflowin. And as usual, nightmares always accompany fever, at least for my case. And guess wat, the whole night i was tinkin of LTB!!! Can't reallie rem the details but the dream was disturbin, and i keep wakin from my dream. The gist of the dream was me tryin to write a report on discipline and rules (a weird topic to write on in the first place) and alot of problems arose, nothin seem to fit into the report and nothin seem to work...It was a bad dream!!!
Still a bit on the sey side but i guess i am gettin better, with the help of 2 paracetamols last nite. Not gonna eat anymore!! Time for some tv...another no brainer day...

Every since december last yr, this qn has been poppin in my head every now and then...but i jus cant seem to find the appropriate time and chance to say it...was chattin wif gb jus now and he has affirmed that i should tell him. Even if he knows it, so wat? I have the responsibility to let him know, or so i tot. Hope i can find the chance to say it, by hook or by crook!

Well, most of my closer frens would know that i have severe case of sweaty palms and people with sweaty palms usually have since they are young. Occasionally i get suan-ed but its ok, i noe they are jus makin fun of me...Like most people whu have sweaty palms, i have been havin sweaty palms ever since i can remember but i dun find it a hindrance - most of the time...except when i do inclined pull-ups ( the bar gets slippery and i gotta grip tighter), writing (esp durin exams when anxiety makes it worse and the ink smudges over wet paper despite usin water-proof pens), readin of books and newspapers ( the places i hold on to get wet) and more i guess but i cant recall now...haha come ask me and i will tell u more...nevertheless, sweaty palms are good when i need to count papers and it makes it easier to count the number of pages. On the whole, i dun tink sweaty palms have an adverse impact on my life except that physical contact (with hands) with pple i am not close to may be a bit weird. I was reallie thrilled to know that Clara (my participant from YV) oso have sweaty palms and its as serious as my case...haha, we were like yeah-ing when i told her that i got sweaty palms too and we would let each other know when our hands are dry...so funny!!

Yes, i believe this is true becos my dad has sweaty palms too even though its less serious and my sister has it too. This is despite the fact that my mum does not have it. According to another reasearch i read on another site, it says that a child has a 28% chance of gettin sweaty palms if one of their parents has it. Scientists have successfully linked hyperhidrosis to over-activity in the sympathetic nervous system. Specifically, it is the Thoracic Sympathetic Ganglion Chain, which runs along the vertebra of the spine inside the chest cavity. This chain controls the glands, known as the apocrine and eccrine glands, responsible for perspiration throughout the entire body. The eccrine sweat glands are mainly concentrated in the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. In most cases, the hands and feet are affected. Hyperhidrosis is not related to sex or ethnicity -- men, women, and people of all ethnic groups are equally affected.
The characteristics of primary hyperhidrosis include:
- Continuous sweating or sudden onset
- Sweating without an apparent reason
- Sweating not provoked with exercise
- Provoked by emotional stress, hot weather conditions
- Improves during cool months
- Sweating stops during sleep

Jus got back from dinner with a primary sch fren whu asked me to be his date for his comissionin ball. Was surprised that he would ask him, but well, our frenship dates back 15 years, all the way from K1...haha isn't it amazin and there aren't many 15 yrs in one's lifetime. And to top it off, we were classmates from P2 to P6 (he was my sittin partner in P6 somemore, still rem how i laugh at him durin chinese class)...lost contact durin secondary sch and met in vj again...hiaz, wat a small world ya...initially i was lazy to meet on a saturday, esp when i have nothin to do but i am reallie glad to meet up. We managed to catch up on the primary sch times and fill each other in on some of the classmates. It was hilarious the way we laughed at our form tcher fer P6 but its kinda heartwarmin knowin that despite so many years, we can still remember each other as well as some events that happened when we were young. The one i rem most vividly was how those take sch bus would rush out of the classrooms and chomp seats by throwin out bags in front of the line...somehow we will know where to put our bags and the others whu come later will follow the queue. After dumpin our bags on the floor, we would play with zero point with "rope" made of rubber bands, 5 stones or pepsi cola if i am not wrong. Ha...those were the days man, free of stress and everyday is jus fun!!
Now that i tink abt it, time pasts real fast but to my parents, i dun tink they tink its fast thou...haha considerin how much effort they put in into raisin me. Its a miracle how i guai i am...and i am not kiddin. Goin by any standards, i would put my performance as good conduct if i need to grade myself. Grades wise, its passable even thou not fantastic but sometimes above average and conduct wise, the most i do is to curse and rebuke and i have never done anythin wild or outrageous as to cause pple shock and trauma or even harm. Judgin by this, i am a GOOD ger!! But then again, maybe not good enuff so yah, will try to be betta ok...and become less of a suan-in target fer some pple, yes, u noe whu u are, i shall not name names...
Then again, this being the first day of a new yr, jus wanna wish everyone a happy and blessed yr ahead. May all ur wish come true and find ur happiness!! Take care peeps!!
