Been a long time since i last blogged...shall blog abt the evenful todae and then give a short recap on wat happened last week la ya...
Had stats mid term test todae and i tell ya, it's a screwed up thing fer me...got tricked, never read properly, use wrong method and everything that could cost me marks, i did it all todae...yvonne is a stupid ger...A+ no more...sighz hiaz let's not talk abt that...
After lunch with xy, walked down the hill with yw and went home la...lucky the bus came soon and i saw sabrina (primary sch fren) abt 3 stops later then toked to her, hmm, a future teacher i see...haha could feel the passion she has fer teachin...good fer her man!! Went to a church weddin at abt 2 with yw...hmm, first time attending a church weddin and first time hear the priest (or wat u call him) say the "do you XXX take YYY as ur wedded wife/husband and swear to love, respect blah blah...for better or worse, for rich or poor, in sickness or in health, till death do us part" its quite an experience to hear it live and not on tv ya...As part of the congregation, we were supposed to sing along but i noe nothin to sing along...but the tune was good thou, rather catchy...but i can jus stand there and count the no of times the word "lord" or "god" was said...dun reallie understand the prayers but i guess i wasn't the oni one...hee
An observation i made while the french?? reverend was addressin us with some quote from somewhere (din managed to catch wat they said was the origin) but the gist of it was the the man was the supposed head of the family and he should take care and love his wife and last but not least, that the woman should submit to him. He went on to elaborate that it is arranged this way by god...no offence to christians readin this post, i jus feel that this idea is rather feudal and jus as conservative as the traditional chinese family even thou christianity gained root in the west. Christianity might well be the pioneers in advocatin that men are superior that women...well i am jus speculating ya..
Went back home after the reception and then went to bugis to meet clare, emma and darius to go fer pk's concert at nafa...guys guys guys...the 3 of them act made me wait half an hr b4 emma appeared...and darius jus had to tell us he went fer facial...goodness, he's tellin a ger whu had never done a single facial he went to do a facial...wat is the world comin to? a world of the metrosexuals?? somebody save me!! had dinner at sketches and then we made our way to NAFA (Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts), went to the wrong one at sophia road so we tried to walk to the correct campus...while we were still tryin to figure out the way, i scrolled down to pk's msg and read out the msg "near guan yin temple and opp sim lim sq", immed, the guys started reprimandin me sayin that i shld have told them earlier cos they noe where is the templ e and sim lim sq...as usual, they blame me!! lose our way-blame me. never buy flowers-blame me. wat to do, they are the tripetide (anti yvonne and suan yvonne force) and thanx to weilin, i was stuck with 3 highly "destructive" guys...hiaz, jus my luck la...haha
In the end we took a cab from waterloo st to NAFA and a few turns at that area costed us $5 bucks...damn ex la...$2 surcharge, i cant believe it lor...i seriously cant!! Well, the play was ok fer a $10 concert...jus that the accoustic was a bit bad...but pk zu ren, u sang reallie reallie well...dare say u were the best cabaret there :) nice dresses u have got here too...haha do u get to keep it?

A short recap on wat happened earlier this week...
14th Feb:
Went to school to do stats assignment, quite touched that xy act came to sch jus to pei me do stats homework after she found out that she got no LTB meetin that day...i was rather pathetic cos i had to go to the lib to borrow the stats testbook and since its a darn course material, i could oni borrow it fer 2 hrs at one go and its irritatin cos i gotta go and return the book and borrow another when the time is about to be up. So troublesome when i have to go from level 5 to the library and back...and i mus finish usin my foolscap that day, had to go ard askin pple fer foolscap to spare, in the end i managed to make my TA, Elgin go to his locker and get foolscap fer me...hee, then i realise i dun need it cos i alr returned the textbook and xy wanted to go home...haha
After that went fer LTB rehearsal cos got LIHK presentation the next dae...rehearsed until 9 plus then went to newton circus fer dinner cos i suddenly got craving fer stingray...hee i noe its weird considerin i dun eat fish in my normal diet but i jus love stingray...heh then i did a veri stupid singing stint which managed to get all of us laughin non stop fer 5 mins...after that it was the yvonne-dropped-the-chicken wing-after-she-said-she-won't act and that was the most hilarious act of the day man...wat a joker i am!!
15th Feb:
LIHK presentation first thing in the mornin so had to reach sch by 745 to help set up the wayang thingy...lucky shermaine called me if not i confirm cannot wake up one lor...so was a lil late...oni reached at 8...had the slackest task of the group, was in charge of the music...hee so veri xin lang...haha tink prof ma veri happie with our perf cos she was smilin non stop durin the show...yeah!!
After LTB class, went down to the home to interact with the beneficiary...it was a great interaction and i drew with anita again...held her hands to write durin my last attachment and again on tues...felt quite bad that we act left her out unknowingly but i was reallie happie to see her smile while she was colourin the zebra...its act so easy to make someone else smile...but equally easy to make someone sad as well...
