The title has got nothin to do with the content of this entry, jus using it as i was suddenly reminded of this spice girls song on the way home from the free dinner in sch.
Wanted to blog (bitch, in this case) about the cock-up by the locker provider of smu long ago, but keep procrastinating so here goes. Well, time can reduce anger but it wun reduce the unhappiness and it holds true of many other things in my life. Just like the saying goes, forgive but not forget.

Ok, back to my story. This actually concerns my locker, and if i am not wrong. the provider is called Kaichi. I seriously doubt their service of providing quality lockers.
First, they tooooooook a dammmmmmn looooooong time to allocate the locker to me, thus i had to endure the pain of lugging my books home from sch.
Second, their help respondent tinks that i am stupid. When i told them that i cant open my locker with the combi given, they sent me the instructions on how to open the lock. I have been usin that kinda lock for 6 years for goodness sake!!
Third, even with their "instructions", i still cant open the damn lock so i decided that was the last straw, i gotta call and find out wat's wrong. It cant be me or jiahui who cant open the lock, right? And guess wat? After i provided them with the code at the back of my lock, they told me that my combi is a totally different set of numbers. And the reason? Sorrie, typo error.
Fourth, you tot being given the wrong combi was bad enough, but well, after opening the lock, i cant unlatch the butterfly latch. I tried twisting and turnin like an idiot for at least 10 mins before goin back to the GSR to get help. So Chris came out to help me and with a little bit of force and luck, the latch finally worked.
Fifth, it's abt aesthetics. By right we would expect the lock to rest parallel with the locker door but this time round, the lock is inclined at an angle to the left and this proves to be a little difficult to open than in bukit timah. But one thing is commendable, the lockers are much cleaner than last time. Period.
Conclusion: Kaichi reallie needs to improve on their locker allocation system so that it is error-free. Virtual allocation of locker combi is convenient but it brings abt possibilities of giving the wrong locker combi. They also need to rethink abt the placing of medium lockers at the lowest level. What happened in the past was the big lockers are placed at the bottom level as they are long. It is so incovenient when the locker is so small and the user got to squat all the way down to put or retrieve stuff.
Hmm, it feels betta after complainin...ha!
Well, had MPW this mornin and it reallie feels like LTB part 2, as i always tell sher. We are allocated to different groups randomly (and this is even more random than LTB as at least last year, sher, yiling and me knew each other from BGS proj in frist sem) but this time round, we got totally separated. Amazing. Still rem how jiahui and i still managed to sit tog for MA exam even though the seating arrangement were supposed to be RANDOM.
Had a thank-you thingy for orientation and convo and other events that took place durin hols in the evenin when i heard abt a predicament a section mate got into. Apparently, the fren got pung-sey by frens when formin project groups. It's pretty hard to accept when your frens all agreed to do proj tog and you get "booted" out at the last min. Being group-less is bad but being group-less cos ur frens leave u out is worse. Well, hope things get betta yeah.
