Well, went to sch for a meeting that lasted only 45 mins. But it was made up cos it was not that wasted a day as jz came to town to meet me. He always says i got alot of things never tell him so i took this chance to fill him up on my life. He is coming to smu this yr so that makes 3/4 of my bridge gang in smu except for my bro, who is goin to ntu accountancy. Now we 3 que 1...Haa
Anw, had a veri sinful day. Here is a list of the thing i ate or drank from520 onwards:
Prawn dumpling
A piece of Carrot cake
A big cup of ginger spiced tea (cold)
1 tangyuan + a few mouthfuls of beancurd (courtesy of huiling)
nasi padang opps great world city (3 side dishes + curry as gravy)
1 Can of ice lemon tea
1 Cookies and cream ice blended chocolate
1/4 brownie with VANILLA ice cream
As you can all see, that was alot of things i ate, within a short time span of 5 hrs. So much so that when jz suggested walking...i mean WALK home from orchard, i agreed. Well, going by the normal bus route, we could have reached within 1 hr but the thing was we walked the wrong way. Ended up at bt timah (stevens road) and we cut through the whole stretch of balmoral road, cres, crescent, green and tower to get to newton. From there, we cant go wrong alr la. Reached my place at 1150, which was 1.5 hrs after we set foot from cineleisure. Going by his estimation that a normal person covers 4km per hr, we walked abt 6km last nite. Quite fun to walk home acty, next time i wanna try the correct route. Haa
It was great meetin up with jz and i shared with him one weird theory (he found it weird, not me) i read some time ago from dunno where. It is abt the ladders females place her guy frens on. Basically there are 2 ladders for females - friends or potential. When a girl first noe a guy, she will have an opinion of which ladder he falls into. If he falls into the "friends" ladder, there is no way he can change ship and join the other ladder. If he makes an attempt to change ship, the outcome may be rather undesirable cos he stand a chance of being kicked out of both ladders. But if he luckily falls into the "potential" ladder, he will either proceed upwards or be banished to the "friends" ladder (if he fail to prove his worth) eternally. No such thing as 2nd chance, at least that's what i think la. Then for the guys, there is only one ladder: Sex. The higher he places a girl, the more he is interested in her. And the placing is usually quite volatile and that explains why some guys can change targets ever so often (which is not essentially a bad thing if he is always on the "friends" ladder of his female friends). Ok, just a small thought there.
