Met a new yet old fren last night at a wedding dinner. Kind of noe him but yet dunno...just find it weird that such thing can exist. I might be forgetful as some of my frens realise but some things get etched in my mind for god noes how long and there is a fragment of my memory that tells me i knew him when i was much younger...Anyways, take it as a new fren found.
And then, jz just told me he might know the jiawei i blogged abt in my previous entry. Got me excited for a while but he dun have his contacts so also no use. Well, for the fun of it, i shall get my hands on a cat high yrbook soon...

I got 2 complaints made against my blog. First by Jz who said i very long never blog le, followed shortly by my gb bro who says my blog caused his computer to hang. Sighs. Tell me this is not true cos i wun noe what is wrong. Tell me that u guys can come in and it is his problem. Haa. But seriously, i won't noe what to change if it were my blog's problem. Sighs.
Actually wanted to write abt something i observed on the bus but today no mood cos of my lousy tax planning paper. Yee Long chut stunt...his computation is a decoy, just knew he wun be so nice, but din expect him to be so mean. Meanie!! Sians, that's 20% of my grade. Well, lookin on the bright side, still got another 60% haven decide. *keepin my fingers crossed*
ok that's the end of my borin life till now. Gotta go sleep soon...tired after being taxed by tax. Should i perform a tax-on-tax?

Was lying on my bed 2 nights ago trying frantically to fall asleep when i suddenly tot of 2 frens i noe when i was pretty young. The one thing common abt the 2 of them was that i totally lost contact with them now but if, IF, i see them or hear their name, i will be able to recognise them. Confirm!!
The first one who came to my mind was this boy (he was still a boy when i last saw him in primary 4) called luo jiawei. He moved to a remote place (think it is woodlands, but no offence to pple livin in woodlands cos that is too far north alr) in primary sch and thus transferred sch. Remember him as a talkative boy who always bicker with me and maybe that's y i can remember him so clearly. Haven seen him for the past 10 years but i still can remember his face at 10 years old but don't get me wrong, i was secretly in love with him or smthing, it was just a bit of a regret that we lost contact cos i remember he wrote his new address for a number of us but i lost that piece of paper at some obscure corner of my room. Never found that piece of paper and i guess that was that cos last time got no internet to stay in contact online and since he moved in primary 4, there was also nothing like mobile phones at that time to exchange. So yeap, that was the end of 1 fren.
The other one is a girl who i used to eat, play and go to sch with when i was under the care of a nanny. We stayed in the same block until sec 1 when she moved to bedok and we din managed to remain in contact ever since. Seems a bit sad to me cos we played tog when we were young, even went for tuition tog. She was kinda my best fren after school and i feel so wasted that she moved without me knowing. Well, after that i moved too so that was also the end of the story.
So that night, as i was lyin on my bed, i started thinking if they still remembered me or where on earth/Singapore are they at now. btw, the name of the girl i mentioned is called Sarah Ng. Well, have a feeling we will meet somehow. Then i will noe the answer to my qn...

Had a mini CT gathering at lin's house. She made us Kom Ba Bao for lunch and the meat really tastes good. After that we played Settlers at Catan, or smthin like that, maybe lin can correct me at the tagboard then i change it accordingly. A very excitin game to play and trains players to be shrewd man. It was hilarious how we can transform that game into local politics. It is amazing how simple trade and city development can be so fun to play with.
alrights gotta do my tax project le. Ciaoz

Luck is an egnimatic thing that puzzles wise men and fools alike. The prescence of it makes one feel good but the absence of it creates a feeling of uncertainty and in extreme cases, frustration. Feeling at the trough of my luck now cos i jus paid a whopping (i used the word "whopping" for 2 apparent reasons - in relative to the cost of supper and cos i am really broke!) $10.80 cabfare for a $5.60 supper. And i could have averted it easily by taking train home from pasir ris mrt at 1120 instead of being "dumped" at hougang mrt station at 1150 with no last train and no last bus. This is the peak of my suay-ness, trough of my luck!!
Came back from pearlyn's 21st bdae party cum mj gatherin at downtown east. Spent abt 20 hrs playin mj over 2 nights and i lost abt 10 bucks collectively...wun say i was suay or anything, can only blame 2 things, i am a lousy player and ronald was just too lucky on both nights. I choose it is the latter! Haa
Met up with the CT peeps at bugis and had the worst dinner i ever had outside home at the cafe called "Bugis Cafe" at level 2 of Bugis Village. The cafe's slogan was "Where cafe meets great expectations" or smth along that line but the cafe totally fell short of any expectations i had from the layouts. First the pies were not available, then the soup was not available hence no set dinner possible and then finally the Shrimp Ravioli was actually the alter ego of shrimp Wanton on the menu. My goodness! Their pasta were just spaghetti plus bottled sauce from NTUC, they din bother changing the sauce for different pasta. But the worst thing was the bitter aftertaste cos of the herbs they put in too generously. A classic example of too much of a good thing is bad enuff.
The Mexican mid wings were mid wings divided into 2. I have no idea until today that chicken wings can be made like that. We had all thought they served us quail's wings cos the wings were sooooooo smallllll...Sighs. If you ever learnt nothing from my blog from all the posts, at least know not to patronise the cafe. It is very prominent, in the 2nd level of Level One at Bugis Village. If u really want to throw money at them, try anything but their pasta. Remember!
Yeap, been bitching too much le. Time to sleep. Been surviving on 2hrs of sleep this mornin to last me till now. My body is givin way i tink...
