Haaa, went to vivo city on saturday with PK, gotta spend more time tog cos we only have each other now that everyone is overseas. Even lin is at korean doing her exchange. Knows that she misses us and we miss U too!!! HAaaa
Anw, want to share my pleasant experience at vivo city. It seems that service post-IMF is still good. Now that's what i call GEMS (going the extra mile service), not just wayang when pple come visit us. Well, i wanna comment the sales girl at esprit's red earth because of her service attitude. She was really nice and patient in explaining the products and even tried the purple mascara on me. She also helped PK find the eye colours that she has been wanting to explore. Haa, such professionalism in the sales industry is really rare, at least to me! So ya, if anyone of you wants to buy red earth products, u can try goin down to vivo city and look for her. she doesn't have a nametag so i dunno her name but she is malay and not very tall. She sound like a perm staff so ya...her attitude inspired me to write this entry on GEMS.
Then the next GEMS example is this auntie working as ELLE promoter at Takashimaya. I was only looking at the wallets (for reasons i shan't say now) and "complainin" to auntie that white wallets dun last and i was refering to my white wallet. Then the auntie offered to help me clean and yes...it became as good as new after that and i was so happy abt it. The reason why i was so happy is because i brought it to wallet shop at bugis before and asked the salegirl to help me clean but the before and after of cleanin was the same so i was so not impressed. But this auntie used some shoe cleaning gel and viola! It made it so clean, so much so that the mark on the wallet was gone when i tot it would be there for good. So yeap, i had a pretty good experience on sat...heee
On the flipside, the salesgirl at Heeren U.R.S. was lousy. She hid at one corner looking into the mirror knowing she was the only salesgirl at the shop that consists of 2 shops (if u go to heeren, u will know what i mean) and she quoted me the wrong price for the shoe. sheesh! Lousy! Lucky i din buy from her lo...Haaa The cheapo side of me prevails!
Ok now wanna share some pictures taken at harbourfront mrt when pk and i wanted to leave at 6 plus. It was the first time i had to queue at the gantry as if taking NEL were free. There were soooo many people!! So i went on a photo-taking spree so as to showcase the human traffic jam at harbourfront...

Yesterday had been a super lackadasical saturday...i woke up at 230pm to my pleasure after sleeping for almost 12 hours. To those who know me well, i can really sleep. Besides the duration, meaning i can sleep for long hours (my longest so far is 19 hours), i can also sleep in any environment meaning floor, sofa, grass etc...unless there is a cockroach nest or lizard family near la...that one different case. Haa...anyway that's not the end, after wakin up i went to eat lunch which took me more than an hour to finish (again to those who know me well, that shouldn't come as a surprise) and after that i really really wanted to start on my ethics take home but when i was channel surfing on tv i stumbled upon channel 55 which was screening "Full House", which is a korean drama which here and then i will catch on my laptop on some streaming software and that ended at 545pm. After it ended i happily went to shower to prepare to go for guitarissimo concert which was ok on the whole but definitely can be better...liked the performances by obligato quartet. Thought they were pretty good and had grea chemistry. The rest were...er...okkkay only. Guitars should just remain as an accompaniment to songs...it alone feels too weak and less desirable for me. That's just my 2 cents worth...
After the concert, went for an all-girls dinner with jiahui and huiying at breko in which the food i had sucked. First time a meat eater like me pick out the meat to eat the greens...sheesh. Luckily we shared baked potato and buffalo wings if not i would feel really miserable abt my dinner. Shall just stick to those items with the chef's recommendation signs. Haha...must learn from Huiying...
After that Huiying sent us (including jeremy) home but went to have drinks at the 24 hour muslim stall near my place that has nice Teh Halia (ginger tea) before that. It seems to be our weekly kopitiam gathering...and we sat at the same table. WAhaha
Okay la that's all abt my lazy saturday which ended with me not writing a single word for the ethics take home mid term which constitutes 15% of my overall grade. Why am i so heck-care ah? Think i am so goin to chui this term...no mod to cushion the lousy grades i am so gonna get for AMA and ethics...sighs...Tmr must write at least 1000 words before i go to huiying's house to play mj and watch dvd...yeah man!
Acty i have an urge to blog today because of what i saw before i came up to my house. After hy dropped me some 50m from my flat, i saw this old man sitting at the void deck, sleeping in a sitting position. Suddenly i felt like doin something for him because this is not the first time i am seeing him sitting and sleeping at my void deck. The last time i saw him my heart really went out to him and so wanted to send him a blanket or smth cos i remember it is usually very cold before day break. But the last time, i din. This time round i was so convinced to get him a blanket or if possible make him hot milo or smth but after i showered, i went to look for the blanket that i tot i could pass to him but found the blanket to be in a state i dun wish to give to someone. Hiaz...it is really depressing to see lonely old man who have no place of his own but sleeps at void decks. If anyone knows how i can help him, pls do not hesitate to let me know...u can tag me or email me or sms me...thanks.
okays shall write a few ideas for ethics before i go to bed so i can have something to write tmr and hopefully shorten my misery tmr...shittttt.

For the fren whom i know from a volunteer trip more than a year ago and can click ever so well immediately. Even though i always laugh at how silly u can be, deep down i still tink u are a girl of substance, really. Well, from today onwards, it shld be woman of substance...hahaha I am really glad to have known you from the ubin trip and thanks for tolerating the not-so-pretty side of me when i am peeved. Cheers to many more year of friendship yeah =)

It is 1132 in the morning and i have effectively been stoning in class for more than 2 hours. Did not say a single word and damn did not particiapate for 2 weeks running. He is going through the ethicist column, which i tink is the most interesting part of the class.
currently there are 2 pple from the communication- dunno-wat department who are here to take photographs and suddenly there was an influx of opinions from the floor. F.A.K.E...and my wonderful prof jus volunteered for the presenting group to go back to the floor and take pictures. F.A.K.E!!! but funny still la...
Oh i tink i sound like i am in a bitchy mood but on the contrary, i am not. in fact, i can wait for the mid terms to come. Fridaaaay is just wonderful...

First and foremost, thanks to bro for going to the airport to send darius on fridaywith me and also going to lavender to take bus when he can go home easier from kallang...
Another thing that i must blog is how i know i will miss clare and darius. The thought did not strike me until the last of the crop, darius left for london on friday night. I must confess that i do feel like crying that day (and as i am typin this, i am feeling this lump in my throat) but no tears, promise...haa Now, there is officially me and pk left from the closer bunch of us. Hope you guys, Zhenhao u too, will have no problem settling in whatever universities you guys are in, travel around the place more (so that you guys can bring me ard if u ever go there) and dun forget to study hard too =)
One more thing that touched me on friday was the present that clare and darius got for me for my 21st birthday. Really did not expect the surprise and i do like the present. Wonder when should i start wearing it...hehehe Gonna miss all our outings and the following christmas without you guys, first time in 3 years i must say...Keep in contact online yeah
Shit, i heard the cai hong song from mayday and tears just started streaming down. I am such a letdown man! Wonder if i should be happy or sad, at least i confirmed that my tear ducts are still working...haha
