Haaa, went to vivo city on saturday with PK, gotta spend more time tog cos we only have each other now that everyone is overseas. Even lin is at korean doing her exchange. Knows that she misses us and we miss U too!!! HAaaa
Anw, want to share my pleasant experience at vivo city. It seems that service post-IMF is still good. Now that's what i call GEMS (going the extra mile service), not just wayang when pple come visit us. Well, i wanna comment the sales girl at esprit's red earth because of her service attitude. She was really nice and patient in explaining the products and even tried the purple mascara on me. She also helped PK find the eye colours that she has been wanting to explore. Haa, such professionalism in the sales industry is really rare, at least to me! So ya, if anyone of you wants to buy red earth products, u can try goin down to vivo city and look for her. she doesn't have a nametag so i dunno her name but she is malay and not very tall. She sound like a perm staff so ya...her attitude inspired me to write this entry on GEMS.
Then the next GEMS example is this auntie working as ELLE promoter at Takashimaya. I was only looking at the wallets (for reasons i shan't say now) and "complainin" to auntie that white wallets dun last and i was refering to my white wallet. Then the auntie offered to help me clean and yes...it became as good as new after that and i was so happy abt it. The reason why i was so happy is because i brought it to wallet shop at bugis before and asked the salegirl to help me clean but the before and after of cleanin was the same so i was so not impressed. But this auntie used some shoe cleaning gel and viola! It made it so clean, so much so that the mark on the wallet was gone when i tot it would be there for good. So yeap, i had a pretty good experience on sat...heee
On the flipside, the salesgirl at Heeren U.R.S. was lousy. She hid at one corner looking into the mirror knowing she was the only salesgirl at the shop that consists of 2 shops (if u go to heeren, u will know what i mean) and she quoted me the wrong price for the shoe. sheesh! Lousy! Lucky i din buy from her lo...Haaa The cheapo side of me prevails!
Ok now wanna share some pictures taken at harbourfront mrt when pk and i wanted to leave at 6 plus. It was the first time i had to queue at the gantry as if taking NEL were free. There were soooo many people!! So i went on a photo-taking spree so as to showcase the human traffic jam at harbourfront...
